Support and Consultation

As a member, you can call or email the secretariat free consultation and support on ICT issues at your respective institution. We have put in place helpdesk system to ensure that we provide timely and consistent support to our members. The system helps us track members’ trouble tickets while keeping logs of the provided solutions. When you use the system to report problem by opening a trouble ticket, you are informed by email and able to track progress of your ticket.
Our Engineers on duty (EOD) work from 7:00am to 10:00pm including the weekends to ensure that reported problems are handled as soon as it is humanly possible.
